Oh Feet!

Hi Again!

As we are on Holy Week, here below I share with you, The Great Praise of the Martyrs as uttered by the great Saint Cyprian as showed on ETWN Rome's Hidden Churches - a Lenten pilgrimage, narrated by Dr. Timothy O'Donnell, President of Christendom College (Eternal City - Rome)

The Great Praise of the Martyrs

Oh Feet, blessedly bound which are guided to paradise,

            in the way of salvation.

Oh Feet, bound for the present time in the world that

they may be always free with the Lord.

Oh Feet, lingering for a while among the fetters and

crossbars, but to run quickly to Christ on a glorious

            road.

Let cruelty, envious or malignant, hold you here in its

bonds and chains as long as it will.

From this earth and from these sufferings, you shall

speedily come to the Kingdom of Heaven.

The body is not cherished in the mind with couch

            and cushions.

But it is cherished with the refreshment and solace of

            Christ.

The frame, weary with labors, lies  on the ground.

But it is no disgrace to lie down with Christ.

Your limbs, unbathed and foul, and disfigured with

            filth.

But within they are spiritually cleansed,

            though the flesh is defiled.

There the bread is scarce, but men liveth not by bread

            alone,

but by the Word of God, shivering, you want clothing.

But he who puts on Christ is abundantly clothed and

            adorned forever.

Prayer To Begin A Day

Each day is a New Day. A new beginning. Here below, I share with you a prayer. This is taken from a Marian Prayer Book I have kept and used for a long time.

Dear Lord,

This day stretches out before me like a quiet ocean, calm and clean and potent with possibility as I sing out the words of Mary, "My soul Magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior."

Help me to make the most of the beauty and opportunity within this day. I offer it to You through the following affirmations, confident that if I live what they contain I will have lived the day well.

I believe the Lord loves and remains with me at all times.

I believe the Lord provides for my earthly needs.

I believe the Lord cannot fail in anything He undertakes.

I believe I play a unique, important role in the Lord's plan.

I believe the Lord guides me to know His will.

I believe the Lord gives me all the strength I need in times of difficulty.

I believe good will come from all situations I meet today.

I love all in and of the world and beyond, nothing can harm me.

I develop my talents, resources, and abilities to their best use.

I turn over to the Lord whatever I cannot change and set realistic goals to change whatever I can.

I structure my day to include a balance of work, play, rest, and spiritual development.

I strive to live this day humbly, resisting the urge to belittle others or to compare myself to them, realizing the presence of God within us all.

Amen.

God bless you today and everyday!

Steal ME Not

Woe to you!!

I said that to whoever has been trying to steal this blog's account password as warned by Google itself. Anyway, is there really "someone" doing that or it's but "Artificial"? HaHa

Could it be because we are reaching more places? Well then, Welcome!  Hope Google's Translator is doing well, if not the Best, on its job.

Whatever, God is watching! He never sleeps. He never take a break. Always Attentive. Remember that.

Having a blog like this is so easy. It is even free from Google service. Why not HAVE SOME PATIENCE to learn, try and have one yourself. Let me tell you, you will even be guided how to do this. so come on, "deja de romper".

Hello Everyone!

This post is supposed to be my 2026 first one. This is just a WELCOME TO THE PEN 2026!

I don't promise you'll always have one. Since I would never stop writing for as long as my fingers aren't stiffened, I will continue. Stay tuned then.

A new year has started. The old one just left. Bye bye 2025! Hello 2026!

Here now, I will share with you one of my Motivational Boosters.Haha. Whatever was done, was done. Whatever the result, results into TWO, always. No other, but, the GOOD or BAD.

With the GOOD, no problem. It was RIGHT, that's why it was GOOD. With the BAD, whatta a problem. It was BAD, that's why it was WRONG. Whatever is WRONG is the MISTAKE. The BAD. Whatever is RIGHT is the CHOICE.  The GOOD,

I believe, when we choose to be GOOD, we chose GOD. For only GOD IS GOOD.

Jesus has said it, isn't it? In what verse was it? Well, I'll leave it to you to check.

Now, here it is, the value of PERSISTENCE.

                                                    PERSISTENCE...

Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.

Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.

Genius will not; unrewarded genious is almost a proverb.

Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.

Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.

Thank you, Calvin Coolidge, por sharing to the world your definition of Persistence.

The famous, Edgar Cayce, has said:

"Be not overcome with those things that make for discouragements, for HE (GOD) will supply the strength."

"Ask and it shall be given. Knock and the door shall be opened..." and so on as Jesus promised it will be.

Have faith! "You with little faith..." Go for it, to have it. Believe in yourself, but FIRST OF ALL, believe in God.

 Happy 2026!!
